The Witch's Brew | Coffee & Brewhouse

Created during my senior year of undergrad, students were assigned to transform an abandoned pump house for the Catawba River in Rock Hill, SC into a coffee shop and brewhouse. This building is 5-stories and sits on the edge of the river. This project was created using Revit and Photoshop. The Witch’s Brew is inspired by the surrounding nature of the river and forest and makes guests feel as though they are in a whimsical forest. The first 2 floors are the brewing and back of house areas and then guests will enter on the third level. Each floor brings guests up through the tree canopy until the top floor is the light and airy coffee room with outside patio seating overlooking the river. Guests will have a magical experience in this unique space when stopping in for their morning coffee or for an after work beer.
