Hollerbach's | Mobile Food Kiosk
Designed for Small Project Studio in my Masters program, students were assigned to design a themed portable or mobile experience. We could choose any concept, but we had to use evidence based design to explain and back up why we chose our concept and why it made sense. I used Sketchup, Photoshop, and TwinMotion to model and render this project. I also used Procreate later on to create an illustration. Based on Hollerbach's authentic German restaurant in Sanford, FL, Hollerbach Zeitung is a mobile café that will sell the staples of authentic German street food. To appeal to more younger generations, they've decided to open an exciting mobile experience to spread the Hollerbach name across Florida and bring more people into Sanford to visit and see all they have to offer. It will also offer pre-packaged German delicacies and beverages, in reflection of Hollerbach's deli business. Inspired by German architecture, this mobile food stand was made to incorporate a cuckoo bird and small Polka dancer animatronics to come out at the top of every hour. A polka music artist would also be wondering the area with an accordion to provide entertainment to make people feel as if they are actually at the restaurant or in Germany.
