Springs Assisted Living

Designed during junior year of undergrad, students were assigned to work in group settings to design an assisted living facility from scratch including deciding their own building footprint. All work below was designed, modeled, and rendered by me using Revit and Photoshop. Springs Assisted Living is a facility aimed at providing a comfortable home to all of its residents. Inspired by the local and historical Anne Springs Close Dairy Barn, Springs Assisted Living uses elements of beautiful reclaimed wood and soft linens in order to provide a light and fresh feeling to a traditionally beautiful environment. One of the largest areas of inspiration was the large wooden trusses that the barn exposes. As a result, exposed wooden ceiling elements are used throughout the different areas of the facility. Springs Assisted Living has created an environment that all of its residents can living in.
